Where previously there was chance, luck, and a cowboy mentality, there is now an intermediary, a bridge – the kitt (putty) between both parties, so that there is now an organized, clear, and not least transparent way to rent and to rent out. Kitt is what you use to seal holes and cracks, just as we do between tenant and landlord.

Kitt is free for landlords. But to become a landlord, approval is required. We are developing additional services for landlords that landlords can access by paying a fee. More information about this will come later.

This is how you find the most suitable tenant. Do you have an empty house, apartment, or similar and want to rent it out? We want to help you find the most suitable tenant.

1. Sign in
2. Select 'My Kitt' -> 'Landlord' -> 'Properties' and click on 'Create property'
3. Fill in information about your property. Remember to fill in everything and don't forget to include pictures - they are very important.
4. When the property is created and approved, interested people can write to you through Kitt.

A good application gives the applicant a better chance of getting a rental.

1. Sign in and create a user. Then go to 'My Kitt' -> 'Tenant' -> 'Profile'. Provide as much information as possible so the property owner gets the best impression of who you are.
2. Find a rental that suits you best and click on 'Contact landlord'.
3. Write a message to the landlord. For example, why you want to rent this particular property, and then click 'Send'.
4. The landlord will then receive your message and can see your profile. You are now in contact with each other.
