We are going to be out of the country from mid September until late January and we would like to rent our guest bedroom during that time.

We would prefer to rent our house to one person, but we can negotiate more people in the other bedrooms.

The house is large, and easy to walk into the center of the city. There is a large garden with a terrace, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The guest bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom, the tv room, and a large entrance area for organizing winter clothes and shoes.

Vit eru ein familja sum verða uttanlands frá septembur til Januar. Vit ynskja helst at leiga okkara gestakamar út meðan vit eru burtur. Leigarin verður tó einsamallur í húsinum. Um áhugi er fyri tí ber til at leiga fleiri kømur, men kostnaðurin verður tá hægri, eftir avtalu.
